Paradise Island OverviewThe Paradise Island resort is located in North Malé Atoll, 9.6km from Malé International Airport and a 20 minute speedboat ride. The Island is 1km long, 230 meters wide and a long strip of white sandy beach trails the edge of the lagoon teeming with coral and marine life. As soon as you arrive in Maldives at Malé International Airport, visit the Villa Hotels Counter where they will assist you with your onward transfer journey to Paradise Island.
Paradise Island Maldives AccommodationWater Villas Paradise Island Resort has 40 water bungalows, which give you ample opportunity to marvel at the clear blue waters surrounding the island right from your door step, while perfecting that suntan you deserve.Water Villas have private decks and stairs leading to the lagoon. (If you’re interested in the water villas, ask your travel agent about availability as they were all damaged during the Tsunami 2004) Beach Bungalows Paradise Island has 220 beach bungalows. The bungalows are built just on the beach few meters away from the seashore. All 220 beach rooms have sea view, direct access to the beach and an out-door shower in the private garden. All rooms come with air conditioning, mini bar, multi-channelled in-house and satellite TV, IDD telephone and attached bathroom with shower, bathtub and that all important accoutrement... a hair dryer.

Paradise Island has a full range of excursions organized for you. There’s island hopping and shopping trips to the markets on Male (they are well worth the visit).
