If you’re a food lover then Conrad Maldives on Rangali Island is definitely the place to be. There are a whopping seven restaurants, each with different rules on dress code and opening times, so when you arrive make sure you read this info so you never miss a trick… or any of the 10,000 bottles of wine found in the resort’s Wine Cellar! Atoll Market… Sand floors, lagoon views serving Japanese, Indian, Italian and Asian grills along with fresh tropical fruit. Open from 7.00 - 11.00 for breakfast and from 19.00 - 22.30 for dinner.
Ithaa Undersea restaurant… Why not dine at the world’s first all glass restaurant, 16 feet below sea level with 180° views of the reef and its marine life. This is one to book in advance as in at least two weeks before you arrive and remember children have to be 12 years or older to dine here so not a great venue for very little ones.
Koko Grill restaurant… a relaxed venue for all your grilled food needs!
Mandhoo Spa restaurant… Set on stilts 100 metres out to sea, you can enjoy the gourmet spa cuisine, made from organic ingredients…
Sunset Bar and Grill… Also Set on stilts, this signature restaurant is the ideal spot for a romantic dinner on one of the decks. The chefs are in front of you preparing the sea grill and there’s even a Sommelier on hand to help you choose a bottle of wine.
The Wine Cellar… not as deep as the Ithaa at the Hilton Maldives Rangali resort, but still six feet below sea level with a selection of 600 wines. Fitted with interactive screen you can sit the resort’s sommelier at the communal table and be served a five-course dégustation menu, each dish paired with a matching wine. Due to its popularity, booking is essential and due to the alcohol, is 18 years and over only.
Vilu Restaurant and Bar… If you fancy Mediterranean cuisine with an Asian twist, this is the place.
Rangali Bar… Enjoy a sand floor, day loungers and nightly entertainment, this venue is one for all the family so enjoy your drink or snack and settle onto a lounger and soak up the views over the lagoon.
The Wine Bar… not content with a cellar this intimate bar with a black sand floor puts the best cheeses in the world with some of the best wines too at the Hilton Maldives hotel!

In addition, The Source at the Spa Retreat at the Conrad Hilton Hotel Maldives sells a variety of face and body sun and hair care products.
The Spa itself is set up on stilts over the lagoon at the tip of the main island. Guests can choose from weekly programs or daily treatments.
The Spa Retreat at the Conrad Hilton Maldives caters for couples and has nine treatment villas for couples, four private steam, saunas and Jacuzzis.

There’s more to the Hilton Maldives resort than spas and restaurants. If you think you’d be bored, think again, why not try…
Snorkelling, or better still Snorkelling Hopping Safaris to the best snorkelling sites on the nearby coral reefs to see turtles, sharks and manta rays - and sunrise snorkel trips - head off by speedboat in the early morning and visit the open-water reefs of South Ari Atoll.

But if you’d rather be below deck the definitely try out the glass-bottomed boat trip – you’ll visit the reefs and watch the underwater wildlife with out getting even your big toe wet!
